Dr. Amy Anderson, Psy.D. LPC, MHA

Dr. Amy Anderson has more than 20 years experience working with at-risk children, runaways, couples, families, and trauma victims.

She has authored a parenting manual addressing specific techniques that work with traumatized children and families.

Attachment theory, behavioral modification, family of origin understanding, motivational interviewing, CBT, and art and play therapy are the cornerstones on which her individual, couple and family work was built.

It was during her doctorate studies Dr. Anderson began inpatient addiction work, learning from and collaborating with leading addiction specialists from UCLA, Yale, Harvard and Princeton. She has several years training in forensics and extensive work history with Caron Treatment Centers (both in Pennsylvania and Texas) assessing chemical dependency and co-occurring mental health issues, crisis intervention, and offering consults and treatment recommendations.

While still specializing in treating addiction, she has further developed her treatment assessment and consulting continuum of care to help individuals and their families find the best fit when inpatient care is needed.

Confidentiality and discretion are of the utmost importance to Dr. Anderson when working with all of her patients at her private practice Anderson and Associates. She is especially privileged to hold a safe space for the recovery journey of high-profile individuals and families including celebrities, athletes, business owners, politicians and other public figures.

Dr. Anderson holds degrees in child development and family studies, a Masters in Counseling and Healthcare Administration as well as a Doctorate in Psychology. She is both a licensed professional counselor and licensed psychologist in Texas.

Abby Hartman MS, NCC, LPC

Ritual shows up in many forms—morning coffee, journaling, time in nature—but for me, therapy has always been its own kind of ritual: a sacred, grounding space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. At the heart of healing is the relationship we build together, and I prioritize that connection above all else.

My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and deeply rooted in inner child work. I help clients explore how past experiences shape their present lives—so they can move from survival into presence. I also integrate transformative modalities like EMDR to support deeper healing and help you access your own inner wisdom.

I especially love working with hyper-independent women carrying the weight of "doing it all," those navigating complex relationships, and people who’ve done therapy before but are craving something deeper. I’m drawn to the “black sheep,” the highly sensitive, the self-reflective souls who’ve always felt a bit out of place—and are now curious about what it means to live more authentically.

If that resonates, you're not alone—and you're in the right place.
